The construction of Pera Residence began in 2009 under Oraysan A.S, the joint investment of the brothers Ayhan and Orhan Aslan. Oraysan A.S. is also active in the tourism and hotel management industry as part of Atak Holding. The Susesi brand of the holding has also been providing related services to domestic and international guests at its facilities in Antalya, Belek.
The Aslan brothers, Ayhan and Orhan, established their first housing project in 1992 in Istanbul, Florya. This was followed in 2012 with their second investment, the Pera Residence in the Asmalımescit region of Istanbul. The company aims to provide quality services that respect the environment and the population, and has started drafting projects for new urban hotels in Istanbul. The Aslan brothers are dedicated to their work, with their new investments not only providing their guests with top quality lodging, a comfortable vacation opportunity, and a peaceful life style, but also contributing to the country's economy.
